General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will meet the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order’s total amount. We offer free shipping for orders above €100. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms
Generally, all orders are shipped to the US directly from our suppliers overseas. Charges are in transit for 7-20 days (10 days average time). Thank you in advance for your patience!

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within four business days of payment of the order.

Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the address for delivery address requests at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, don’t hesitate to contact customer service for the next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Abelleather encourages you to know these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Abelleather at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.

Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
